My name is Massimiliano, but you can call me Max.


I was born and raised in Rome, Italy where I was a real estate broker with my own realty agency before I moved to Miami Beach fifteen years ago, in 1997. I’ve remained in real estate because it seems it’s in my DNA. It’s simply what I love to do. Being a Realtor has given me the opportunity to meet amazing people, to see South Florida inside and out, and to help my customers turn Miami into their home, with their families.


I take full advantage of all that the Miami Beach Parks and Recreation Department has to offer - a full range of sports and activities that range from ice hockey and skating to football, soccer, swimming and tennis, as well as a Rec Center that even has a bowling alley. Of course we attend an occasional Miami Heat, Florida Marlins or Miami Dolphins game. The Miami Ballet Company is also nearby for those aspiring to dance and the New World Symphony which has opened its doors to aspiring young talent with programs for emerging musicians as well as offering free repeat performances, and outdoor movies, weekly on the lawn of the Frank Gehry designed landmark. The Arsht Center, which is central to any area in Miami and only about 3 miles from where we live, brings in Broadway’s top plays, musicals, ballets and operas and across the way Museum Park is about to emerge and truly complete our cultural picture. With all of this, and more, Miami has given us the best of both small town and big town appeal. I can honestly say, it’s a great place to have a family and raise your kids
